Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries from dealers, sales reps, consultants, chefs, and restaurant owners and prepare/enter quotes
• Facilitate and update orders of our premier equipment
• Maintain communication in coordinating the sales build and manufacturing process from order inception to shipping and delivery
• Under General Supervision, the customer service rep is responsible in the receipt, review, processing and tracking the customers order via email, telephone and fax
• Review and confirm that pricing is accurate while writing up orders which will entail the identification of the correct coding of units, accessories and their assigned item and part numbers
• Responsibilities may also include the monitoring of scheduled ship dates and the identification of carriers for order shipping purposes
• May also assist in ensuring that any relevant paperwork is distributed accordingly and to the proper parties (to include Montague personnel, associated dealers, sales reps, etc) and assist in advising dealers and sales reps of order status
• Confirm order accuracy by reviewing purchase orders
• Work closely with CEO; correspond with internal customers, which include creating international quotes, processing purchase orders and creating specific country custom documentation
• Utilize resources of purchasing, service, engineering, accounting, shipping and production departments

• Ability to work a standard 40-hour work week, but overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines or quotas

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Required:

• Must be able to use computer, computer peripherals and software to enter and extract data, format and present data as required
• Ability to read and interpret customer orders and Montague equipment specs, pricing guide and parts lists
• Communicate professionally with Montague personnel, customers, dealers and sales reps via telephone and email
• Requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals to develop: price estimates, determine net pricing after discounts, weight calculations, dimensions of equipment, interest, commissions, percentages and other as required
• Requires the ability to apply common sense and understanding Montague equipment to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• HS diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-2-year experience working in an inside sales/customer service capacity
• Strong professional communication skills (reading/writing)
• Intermediate English
